The beta rodent station is used to hold bait for rodents (rats and mice) it comes with a steel rod that is well designed to hold the contract soft bait in place ensuring that no non-target pests come into contact with the bait. How do I open the rodent station? 

To open the rodent station you would use the key that is located on the bottom of each station, you would need to place the key in the lock and give the key a half turn only, this will then unlock that side of the station and you would repeat the process on the alternate lock.

How many baits should I put in a rodent station? 

Generally you would place 6-10 rodent baits in each station depending on their size. The most important thing is to ensure the rodent bait is secured in place using the steel rod provided.

An average four bedroom home approx. 24 squares would need approx. 6 stations around the property.

How often should I check the rodent station?

We would recommend checking your rodent stations either when you are getting activity or every three months whichever is sooner. There is no benefit in checking the rodent stations more frequently as rodents can be object shy and a person interacting with the rodent station all the time can cause them to be less likely to interact with the rodent station.
