Does this bait work on all types of ant species?

Since not all ants feed on sugary type foods, this bait may not be attractive to certain species of ants. If you are having an active issue with ants, the best thing to do is identify the species of ant before buying the bait. 

Does this product work instantaneously? 

As this product has a delayed mode of action, you may still get some activity and even have an increase in activity in the first few weeks after baiting. This is because this bait has an attractant to lure foraging ants to the liquid, so you may see some increased activity whilst they are feeding on the bait and taking it back to the nest
